This Privacy Policy describes how 电子名片盒 (“the App”, iOS Bundle ID
com.h3.namecard) collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information.
By using the App, you acknowledge this policy.
1. Information We Collect
The following is linked to your account, used only for
App functionality, not used for tracking you across
other companies’ apps or websites, and is not sold.
The App does not use third-party advertising SDKs and does
not collect IDFA.
Account data: username, password (stored and transmitted securely; never shown in plain text), email if you provide it, user ID, and session tokens.
Third-party login identifiers: if you sign in with WeChat or Sign in with Apple, we receive the identifiers needed to bind your App account (e.g. OpenID / Apple user id).
Card content: fields you create or edit (name, company, title, phone, email, address, etc.) and card images you upload.
Camera / photos: only when you take or pick a photo to scan a card. We do not silently scan your library.
Purchases: if you buy scan credits, we submit the Apple transaction for verification and credit your account. Apple processes payment; we do not collect card numbers.
Feedback and telemetry: feedback you submit; feature events (open, scan, purchase, account deletion). Telemetry may include an account identifier for debugging and does not include card body text.
Create and maintain your account (registration, password login, WeChat / Apple sign-in, logout, token refresh);
Store and display your cards;
Send card images to servers we operate for OCR and structured extraction, then pre-fill a form for you to edit;
Keep remaining scan credits per account (one-time grant plus in-app purchases);
Handle feedback and use telemetry to see whether features work;
Comply with law.
3. Storage & Transfer
Service data is stored on infrastructure we operate (currently in mainland China). Card images may be stored in object storage.
Client–server traffic uses HTTPS.
Tokens are kept in the device secure store (e.g. iOS Keychain).
4. Sharing
We share personal information only:
with your consent;
as needed to complete a scan you started (that request only);
for WeChat / Apple sign-in verification;
with Apple to verify in-app purchases;
when required by law, legal process, or competent authorities;
in a merger or similar transaction, with notice as required, still under this policy.
5. Your Rights
Access, correct, or delete your cards in the App;
Sign out and clear local session data;
Delete your account in Me (“注销账号”). This permanently removes the account and card data, including the scan-credit ledger, except where law requires retention;
Turn off camera or photos access in system Settings.
6. Children
The App is intended primarily for adults. If you are under 14, use it only with guardian consent. We will delete such data if collected without proper consent.
7. iOS Permissions
Camera / Photos: only when you capture or choose a card to extract fields; revocable in Settings.
8. Changes
We may update this page and the effective date. Material changes will be communicated reasonably. Continued use means you accept the updated policy.
