Effective date: 22 August 2026 (aligned with App Store App Privacy)
Operator: Hangzhou Blockbox Technology Co., Ltd.
This Privacy Policy describes how 秒记血压 (“the App”, iOS Bundle ID
com.h3.bplog) collects, uses, stores, and protects information.
By using the App, you acknowledge this policy.
The App does not offer account registration or sign-in.
Blood pressure readings and medication logs stay on your device by default.
The App does not measure blood pressure and does not diagnose
or advise on medication. Values come from your home monitor or manual entry;
follow your clinician’s advice.
1. Information We Collect
We do not use this information to track you across other companies’
apps or websites, and we do not sell it. The App does
not use third-party advertising SDKs and does not
collect IDFA.
On-device health and medication data: systolic, diastolic, and pulse values you confirm, plus medication names and check-offs you create. These stay in the on-device database and are not uploaded to our business database or included in telemetry.
Apple Health: with your permission, we write those blood pressure and pulse values to the Health app. Version 1 does not read Health history. You can revoke write access in Settings.
Camera / photo library images of a monitor display: only when you take or pick a photo to extract three numbers. We do not silently scan your library.
Install ID: a random UUID in the Keychain, used for scan-quota bookkeeping and anonymous events. It does not include name, email, or phone number.
Purchases: if you buy extra scan credits, we submit the Apple transaction for verification and credit that install ID. Apple processes payment; we do not collect card numbers.
Anonymous events: e.g. app open, scan success/failure, saving a reading, Health write result, purchase success/cancel. Events include install ID, app version, and event name only — not blood pressure values or medication names.
Show today’s readings, charts, and medication checks on the device;
Write confirmed blood pressure and pulse to Health when you allow it;
Scan a display: send the image to servers we operate for OCR/parsing, pre-fill three integers for you to edit, then discard the image. We do not store it in object storage or write blood pressure numbers to cloud business tables;
Keep remaining scan credits per install ID (one-time grant plus in-app purchases);
Use anonymous events to see whether features work and to debug;
Comply with law.
Health-related data is not used for tracking, advertising, or profiling by other companies.
Cloud data tied to an install ID is limited to the scan-credit ledger, anonymous events, and a temporary image during a scan request.
3. Storage & Transfer
Readings and medications: on-device only. Uninstalling may delete them. Values already written to Health remain in the system Health app.
Install ID: Keychain. A new phone without a system backup usually cannot carry it over, so the cloud credit balance will not match automatically.
Credit ledger and anonymous events: stored on infrastructure we operate (currently in mainland China).
Client–server traffic uses HTTPS.
4. Sharing
We share this information only:
with your consent;
as needed to complete a scan you started (that request only);
with Apple to verify in-app purchases;
when required by law, legal process, or competent authorities;
in a merger or similar transaction, with notice as required, still under this policy.
5. Your Rights
View, correct, or delete on-device readings and medications in the App;
Turn off camera, photos, or Health write access in system Settings;
Uninstall to delete the on-device database (the Keychain install ID may remain);
There is no account, so there is no account deletion flow. To request deletion of cloud credit-ledger or event rows for an install, contact us at the email below. We will handle the request within a reasonable time, except where law requires retention.
6. Children
The App is intended primarily for adults. If you are under 14, use it only with guardian consent. We will delete such data if collected without proper consent.
7. iOS Permissions
Camera / Photos: only when you capture or choose a monitor display to read numbers; revocable in Settings.
Health: to save readings you confirmed into the Health app; version 1 does not read Health data. Revocable in Settings.
8. Changes
We may update this page and the effective date. Material changes will be communicated reasonably. Continued use means you accept the updated policy.
